100% No-Risk Guarantee

We want you to be more than pleased - we want you to be absolutely delighted - with every carpet, upholstery, rug, or tile & grout cleaning we do.

Why? If we make a raving fan of you, you will tell your friends and neighbors and we won't have to print up and distribute these pamphlets anymore. How do we know? Because, before we left Florida, we
operated for 12 of 16 years with no advertising - only returns and referrals. If we don't make a raving fan of you, then we have to buy every job forever. That is not profitable.

So every job comes with our iron-clad, risk-free guarantee. What does this mean? Simply this:

If you aren't happy with our work,
we'll clean the area again for free.
And, if you still aren't pleased,
you pay nothing.

Many companies do not guarantee their work. Maybe they are afraid too many people would want their money back. Care to guess how many have asked for their money back from us in the past 24 years? We stand behind our work 100%. If you ever have a question or concern about our work, please call us right away. We want every client to be a raving fan.

Why You Want A Clean, Healthy Carpet

Why You Want A Clean, Healthy Carpet

Which do you want? A carpet that looks good.

Or a carpet that is good, clean and healthy.

More and more cleaners are getting trained and certified just to compete against the fly-by-nights that

abound in this field (like doctors, lawyers, and used car salesmen). But few demonstrate an

understanding of the chemistry and physics that would help keep them out of trouble.

For example, I've heard of truck-mount operators brag that their unit heats the water to 250 degrees F.

Pretty interesting, since water turns to steam at 212 degrees.

They also brag, "My system will clean and disinfect your carpet because of the hot water." Pretty

interesting, since you have to boil stream water for five, preferrably ten minutes to kill the bugs

before you can drink it. If their unit puts the water on the carpet at 211 degrees (impossible since the

heater is at least 50 to 100 feet of hose away), it can’t raise the temperature of the carpet fiber enough

to disinfect and trying to would wreck the carpet. A carpet can only be disinfected chemically. This

should be done first, then cleaned to remove the residue. It's too bad many cleaners (those who

do pay for training) are not being taught this.

Actually, we have a way to disinfect without using disinfectant chemicals but if I told you how we

did that, well, (Ask me when we are alone, or as Jack Bauer would say, on a secured line.)

I'm not telling you about all these critters to scare you. Go on the E.P.A. web-site and see what they

recommend. "Two adults, no kids, no pets, no smoking - carpets should be cleaned once or twice per

year depending on climate and outdoor air quality" - not because of how it looks, but for

your health.

If all you want is "cheap", there's no telling what you'll get - you could get a ‘72 Pinto Stationwagon

or an ‘87 pick-up truck. It might get you there. This level of results can be achieved by calling just

about anybody in the yellow pages or by renting a machine from the grocery store yourself.

If you want to protect your investment in carpeting; if you want to protect your family from germs

and parasites, pollens, chemicals, and the risk of mold and mildew from over-saturation of carpets

and pads underneath, you're invited to call ProCleanersNJ carpet cleaners. You'll receive a free

written quote with no obligation. If you give us the go-ahead, you are
